		<description>The fifth authors from the bottom, ( listed in the references) are stated as being &quot;Thompson&quot; F. K and Silas Wilcox&quot;, but are actually &quot;Robertson, F.K., and Silas Wilcox&quot;.  Maybe the error is due to the fact that Thompson died in the year this book was published?
