Perfect timing. I have a hard time getting out of my black and white box (my recent flashcards of herbal properties is a good example). Next time I'm feeling black and white I will remember your rainbow.

Thank you!

absolutely amazing! I love your examples and your description of tendencies not being black and white....
"Because just as with humans and life in general, the polarities of black and white are a limiting illusion"
I love this! This describes so well the complexity of plants, it also helps to ease that tension of wanting to 'get it right' because this book said this or that.... I think this will help so much to inspire others to work with the plants and get their own relationship and be open to what they experience at the time (not so much pressure to use others observations- from books ect, but instead experience the plants energetics for themselves)
I recently had a student have a similar experience, she said 'but my observation can't be 'wrong' can it?' after cross referencing another resource....
You have taken what seems to be a very complicated subject and made it much more understandable, I love your description of -"Relaxation and Stimulation do NOT act as opposites in energetic herbalism" - the rubber band, kissing ect.. explains it so well.
Wonderful post!
